TWPC presented food products grow continuously, confident for 2021

Presented revenues from food business grew 8% despite the economic slowdown since the products were necessary during the Covid-19 pandemic. Moreover, new healthy products were launched to response the consumers’ demand, for example, Instant Vermicelli Double Dragon Ready Brand which received well feedback. Furthermore, the amount of cassava exported from Thailand has recovered noticeably, especially in China. The price increase tends to be accelerating. These factors gave TWPC confidence that the business, in 2021, will bounce back. The Company intends to develop new products and add value to agricultural products, such as bioplastic and other value-added products to underline the leader position in sustainability. The company is also a part of THSI of the SET for a second consecutive year. The event was held at TWPC’s meeting room recently.
